Technical degree required with 8-10 years of sales experience in business to business environment (preferably in the battery or related field.),Experienced to balance the customer needs with the company needs.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Knowledge of the lithium battery industry and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibility:
1,Develop account plans, make customer calls and summarize customer visits in call reports. Communicate to internal team customer expectations and feedback and make recommendations for improvement in Ferro positioning with customers and in the market place.
2,Provide market reports and trends to the business team and work with technical to make sure customer needs are being met.
3,Monitor competitive environment and report to business team.
4,Stay current in field by attending conferences and meeting with customers and other constituents in the battery industry.
5,Handle issues or address items requested by the business team.
