任职要求： 本科或硕士学历，热能/制冷/空调/压缩机相关专业，(接受2007年应届毕业生)。
1.Expertise in thermal control, test and measurement, instrumentation and test equipment development.
2.Technically competent in his/ her area of specialization.
3.Well-versed in semiconductor manufacturing, software and test equipment development process.
4.Has demonstrated successful leadership of a technical project or program.
5.Good analytical mind, Interpersonal & communication skill
6.Ability to mentor others in a technical capacity.
7.Key contributor of creative solutions to technical challenges.
职位职责： 1.Lead and manage a team of engineers and engineering assistants in meeting group objectives
2.Support test equipment, and process and software development
3.Initiate engineering solutions to optimize overall equipment effectiveness and overall equipment cost
4.Develop long term strategy to enhance technical experience
5.Provide technical consultation to all wherever applicable.
6.Formulate plans to achieve goals and objectives.
7.Lead and guide staff to achieve innovative technical solutions.
8.Plan and maximize available resources.
9.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
