Requirements:
1.B.S. or higher degree in engineering (industrial or mechanical / production or electrical/electronics).
2.With at least 3-5 years of manufacturing and/or manufacturing engineering experiences in high volume electronics manufacturing environment.
3.Prefer with 1-2 years of production line transfer or new production line setup and project management experience
4.Interpersonal / communication skills in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
1.Implement production line setup project in development of products/programs per Delphi DE product/process development process.
2.Ensure certain process are completed and document in accordance to Delphi DE procedures.
3.Take initiative to follow detailed step of project roadblocks solution.
